The Highest Freestanding Mountain on Earth

Mount Kilimanjaro stands at 5,895 metres — the highest point in Africa and the tallest freestanding mountain in the world. Unlike technical alpine peaks, Kilimanjaro is a trekking mountain. No ropes, no climbing experience needed. What you need is determination, proper acclimatisation and a team you can trust.

Our guides have been leading Kilimanjaro treks for over seven years. They know every route, every campsite, every micro-climate zone — from the tropical rainforest at the base to the glaciers at the summit. We'll get you to Uhuru Peak safely and bring you back with a story you'll tell for the rest of your life.

Four Routes to the Summit

Each route offers a different experience — from the shortest and most popular to the most scenic and least crowded.

Marangu Route

The "Coca-Cola Route"

The most popular route to the summit and the shortest — achievable in just 5 days, though we recommend adding an extra day for acclimatisation. The only route with hut accommodation instead of tents.
